Tips from course setters

Three days left until the event, so we would like to present some tips from our course setters concerning current situation in the forest.

Water – the forest is wet. After heavy rains throughout July water level in most streams and marshes is quite high, therefore it is difficult to finish the course without wet shoes.

Vegetation – in full bloom. The grass has grown abundantly this year which can sometimes hinder the visibility of some paths and rides. The forest is green and blueberries are at your fingertips.

Forestry works – have been carried out in all competition areas in recent weeks. There might be minor changes from what is on the map, but they should not affect areas close to control locations.
