SUDETY CAMP

For those who wish to stay as close to nature as possible, we recommend the official Sudety Camp campsite located directly at the Event Center. There is no need to drive or look for parking – you simply wake up in the morning, have breakfast and you are already where you need to be.

At Sudety Camp you can stay either in a tent, campervan or car. We provide basic facilities:
:: parking in the immediate vicinity of the campsite
:: sanitary facilities (toilets and outdoor showers with hot water available from 11–21)
:: access to electricity for charging small electronics (e.g. phones)
Accommodation is available from Wednesday afternoon and its capacity is limited to 150 people, so we take reservations on first come, first served basis.

HARD FLOOR

Thanks to the courtesy of the Bystrzyca Kłodzka Municipality, we also offer indoor accommodation on so-called “hard floor” at the Sport Hall in Wilkanów (35 minutes drive from the Event Center). There will be a huge gym with full sanitary facilities (toilets and showers with hot water). It is advisable to take your own mattress. Accommodation is available from Wednesday afternoon and its capacity is limited to 100 people, so we take reservations on first come, first served basis.

BOOKING

Please book your accommodation via online form indicated in the table above. After making the reservation, you have 7 days to pay the amount due for the booked accommodation. Please make the payment to the same bank account as for the entry fee. In case of no payment within 7 days of making the reservation, the booking will be cancelled.

Until 20.07.2026 it is possible to cancel your booking free of charge. To do this, please send an e-mail to sudety@sudetycup.pl with the bank account number for the refund of the amount paid. In case of booking cancellation after 20.07.2026 we do not provide any refund.
