ACCOMMODATION
HARD FLOOR
The first option is accommodation on so-called “hard floor” at the Sport Hall in Stronie Śląskie (8 minutes drive from Event Center). There will be a huge gym with limited sanitary facilities (only toilets) at your disposal. Showers located inside indoor swimming pool facilities within the same building will be available during its operating hours:

Accommodation will be available from Wednesday afternoon and its capacity is limited to 100 people, so we take reservations on first come, first served basis. Please book your accommodation via online form indicated in the table below. After making the reservation, you have 7 days to pay the amount due for the booked accommodation. Please make the payment to the same bank account as for the entry fee. In case of no payment within 7 days of making the reservation, the booking will be cancelled.
Until 15.07.2024 it is possible to cancel your booking free of charge. To do this, please send an e-mail to sudety@sudetycup.pl with the bank account number for the refund of the amount paid. In case of booking cancellation after 15.07.2024 we do not provide any refund.
SUDETY CAMP
For those who want to stay close to the nature we offer official camping site called Sudety Camp. Thanks to our cooperation with Stronie Śląskie Commune there will be a special zone for Sudety Cup participants at the Jaskinia Camp located by Reservoir in Stara Morawa (12 minutes drive from Event Center). On the camping site you will find a pavilion with all sanitary facilities (toilets, showers), a kitchen and access to electricity. Additionally, as part of your stay at Sudety Camp, you will have free entry to nearby outdoor swimming zone with an observation tower, pier, beach and water equipment rental.
Accommodation will be available from Wednesday afternoon and its capacity is limited to 30 tents, so we take reservations on first come, first served basis. Please book your accommodation via online form indicated in the table below. After making the reservation, you have 7 days to pay the amount due for the booked accommodation. Please make the payment to the same bank account as for the entry fee. In case of no payment within 7 days of making the reservation, the booking will be cancelled.

CAMPER VANS
We have two suggestions for people arriving with camper vans:
:: On the premises of Czarna Góra Resort, right next to the Event Center (150 m walk), there will be a special parking for camper vans. It is free of charge, it does not require prior reservation, you can park there for the entire duration of the event, but there will be no infrastructure dedicated to campers (water, electricity, sanitary facilities). :: A regular parking spot for camper vans (with access to electricity and sanitary facilities) is available at the Jaskinia Camp located by Reservoir in Stara Morawa (12 minutes drive from Event Center).
