Our priority when creating the courses was diversity of courses for each stage:
:: Stage 1 (Spalona) is a typical middle distance race in mountainous terrain
:: Stage 2 (Młoty) is a shortened long distance with long passes between control points and relatively small climb
:: Stage 3 (Lasówka) is a middle distance in a flat terrain with numerous marshes, wetlands and water channels
:: Stage 4 (Jagodna) is a chasing start on a prolonged middle distance
