The deadline for all entries is 20.07.2026. Entries are to be made via Polish Orienteering Association entry system:

Another way to make an entry is filling the entry sheet availabe here and sending it to sudety@sudetycup.pl.

WRE

3rd stage in KM21E classes will be a World Ranking Event race. KM21E competitors who want to be classified within the WRE during this stage, in addition to submitting the standard registration via the Polish Orienteering Association system, must also register for this race via IOF Eventor by 20.07.2026:

We provide payments in three currencies – Polish złoty (PLN), Koruna česká (CZK) and Euro (EUR). Below you can find all entry fees tables, please choose the preferred one. Also, please note that there are different bank account details for each currency.

CANCELLATIONS

It is possible to modify your entry details free of charge (including its cancellation) until 20.07.2026. In case of entry cancellation after 20.07.2026 we do not provide any refund.

START TIME REQUIREMENTS

You can request the following:

:: similar start time to other participant
:: different start time from other participant
Start time requirements can apply to single stage or multiple stages, but please note that some of them can be hard to follow during Stage 4 (chasing start). Start time requirements must be specified by e-mail sent to minuty@sudetycup.pl not later than on 20.07.2026.

SPORTIDENT RENTAL

It is possible to rent a SPORTident card from the orga-nizer for 5 PLN / stage. Please submit your request by e-mail (sudety@sudetycup.pl) by 20.07.2026 and make payment for the SPORTident card rental by bank transfer together with the entry fee payment.
