Additionally, immediately after Sudety Cup – from Monday to Wednesday – we invite you to take part in a series of organized sprint and forest training sessions held in the Zieleniec area. These trainings are primarily dedicated to juniors preparing for JWOC 2027, but they are open to all interested athletes – especially masters runners preparing for WMOC 2026 in Rzeszów.

It will be a great opportunity for additional technical training in demanding Sudeten terrains. Control flags and SPORTident timing will be used for all trainings, and participants will be able to choose between three course options: Women, Men and Short.

The participation fee is 40 PLN/240 CZK/10 EUR per athlete per training and includes a printed map and SPORTident timing. The entry deadline for the trainings is 20.07.2026.
